Episode 50

Danielle, Ellie and Peter arrived for their Pressure Test and were introduced to guest judge Matthew Kemp of Restaurant Balzac. He lifted the cloche to reveal they would be putting their own spin on a French classic, duck a l’orange. Danielle’s cold duck and pasta salad raised eyebrows from the beginning, Ellie again proved her ability to cope with pressure, while Peter played it too safe with his dish. The judges decided it was Danielle’s offering that was the most lacking, however, and sent her home.
