Episode 42

The MasterClass began with Mat, Dani and Ellie learning they'd been rewarded with a private tutorial from guest chef James Privett, who covered cooking the perfect steak. In the MasterChef kitchen George took the contestants through making a memorable minestrone soup, before introducing them to the versatility of even a simple ingredient like corn. Gary finished the MasterClass 'Winters Warmers' theme by giving his take on a classic British dessert: spotted dick.
