Episode 33

In her Immunity Pin Challenge Danielle cooked off against top chef Thorsten Schmidt. Despite the formidable competition, Danielle took some comfort from the fact that the Murray River cod recipe they had to recreate was a Thai dish - a cuisine Thorsten was less than familiar with. Not that you would have known that from his performance, which was a portrait of cool. The scoring panel consisted of George, Matt Moran and Longrain chef Martin Boetz, with all three awarding Schmidt superior marks and denying Danielle a precious Immunity Pin. She did, however, manage to score a respectable 7/10 from each judge.
