Episode 18

George began the week’s MasterClass by teaching the contestants how to cook cannon of rabbit. Michael and Dani, meanwhile, enjoyed a personal MasterClass, learning some potato-based recipes under the expert instruction of Four In Hand’s Colin Fassnidge. Next up was Gary, who went through the process of creating a shepherd’s pie like you’ve never seen it before. Finally, in demand pastry chef Leanne Beck created a trifle to die for.
