Episode 30

This week's MasterClass saw our resident experts again cooking up a storm. Gary began by preparing a delicious fish curry, with the contestants eagerly taking notes. All except for Kumar and Rachel, who were rewarded with a private MasterClass with China Doll chef Frank Shek, who took them through some of his trademark Asian cuisine. Matt Moran dropped by the kitchen to make a black pepper crab, while George finished off another intense MasterChef week with a beautiful summer pudding.
