Episode 12

It’s back to basics with Gary whipping up a delicious salmon dish. Justin North pops in for a visit and shows the class how to make basic stocks for delicious sauces, and George finishes with a Greek custard tart – Bougatsa. While this is happening, Sun and Danielle head off to Ormeggio for a Private MasterClass with Alessandro Pavoni. Both girls learn the finer points of pasta and help Alessandro create a Maccheroncini with Savoy Cabbage and Guanciale.
