Episode 6

It’s the first MasterClass of the season, and there’s a surprise for Cleo, Kate, Jay and Seamus who get sent to the Barossa Valley for a private MasterClass with Maggie Beer. As they head off, the others learn how to make Gary’s Green Eggs and Ham with Crumpets and George’s Red Wine Braised Octopus. For the lucky four visiting the Barossa Valley, Maggie teaches them how to make a perfect roast chicken and a Chocolate, Quince and Almond Tart.
