Episode 24

This week’s MasterClass began with Craig and Hayden being chosen to enjoy a private turotial with Romeo Baudouin, master Charcutier at Victor Churchill’s butcher. The other contestants, meanwhile, took notes aplenty as Gary cooked an Oso Bucco (hole in the bone), George slaved over a snapper en papilotte, and guest Donna Hay readied a lip-smacking baked cheesecake.
