Both Teams from Wednesday's Nigella Challenge had to nominate a member to face elimination, with Arena being selected to face-off against Shannon. The core ingredient for the Pressure Test was revealed to be chicken, with the contestants having one whole chicken each, and no limit on the amount of dishes they could make. Both Arena and Shannon struggled, despite the seemingly simple core ingredient, but the judges marginally ruled in Shannon's favour, sending her close friend home.
