Michael, Craig, Rachel and Shannon discovered that their Pressure Test would be one the other contestants would actually be jealous of. Not only would they be recreating a celebrity chef recipe, but that chef would also be in attendance to taste the dish: Brit legend Heston Blumenthal. Heston lifted up a cloche to reveal his meal - a burger and chips with a milkshake. Yes, just a burger and chips, but made according to incredibly sophisticated techniques. The contestants would need to prepare the patty, bun, cheese, tomato sauce, chips and a milkshake of their choosing. Rachel had difficulties throughout, and though she was judged to have made the best brioche bun it wasn't enough to keep her in the competition.
