The week’s Immunity Pin Challenge welcomed Christine Manfield as guest judge, while cooking against Billy was master cake maker Merle Parrish. On the menu were a peach blossom cake and cupcakes. Billy, recognised as a dessert master himself, kept composed throughout the Challenge and plated up impressive looking dishes. In consistently scoring scores of seven it wasn’t enough to stop Merle’s triumph however, who took home the Immunity Pin as a memento.
