The other contestants, meanwhile, got to enjoy a day around Sydney’s food hotspots with Anthony Bourdain. The Pressure Test was fought over three rounds: the first was making vegetarian rice paper rolls and dipping sauce; the second prepping and cooking a rib-eye of beef; lastly making an apple pie and custard. Peter and Kate battled in the final round, and though the contest was tight Kate’s dessert skills triumphed over Peter’s, sending him home.
