The MasterClass began with Hayden and Dani learning they would be enjoying a private MasterClass learning about Vietnamese cuisine with Luke Nguyen. In the kitchen some past contestants returned to share some recipes. Season one’s Andre took the hopefuls through a polenta with quail; season two’s Jimmy a beautiful butter chicken, and fellow S2 alum Alvin cooked black sesame dumplings.
