Episode 56

In their Elimination Challenge Billy, Mat and Hayden had to cook a guinea fowl in a salt crust with sides of their choice. The meat needed to be perfectly encased in order to properly cook, with the crust giving Billy particular problems as he struggled to form a tight seal. Spending so much time on the guinea fowl ate into Billy's prep time for his sides, and though the judges ruled that his was the best cooked bird, his accompaniments left the judges so sour-faced they had no option but to send him home.
