The next dramatic step in the contestants’ New York adventure was to cook for 300 people at the UN, with each chef responsible for one canapé. The recipes were created by canapé king and guest Armando Monterroso, with Michael getting to decide who cooked what as his reward for winning Sunday’s Challenge. Dani again found herself in the bottom two, this time joined by Billy, whose soup received the least number of guest votes sending him into lockdown and facing Elimination. Ellie and Hayden were the top pair, with the former finally enjoying a long-awaited Challenge win for her duck dish.
